Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use paylocity to process our payroll, onboarding, benefits management, and performance reviews.

We have yet to fully utilize the system but I feel what I have already begun using is going to allow me the time needed to refocus as I had hoped.
I feel our employees are more engaged with each other while utilizing the Community module. I also think it has been a great tool for management to recognize employees and communication company-wide.
We also used Time IPS as our time management system.

I believe Paylocity is more robust. I have never had a fully integrated system. Being able to work within one system has really elevated our department.
