Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and hr administration. Paylocity has been helpful in regards to payroll processing, employee onboarding and employee information tracking.

  • Lack customer service in getting recruiting and performance module set up
  • Lack customer service in getting positions set up to make the onboarding process easier. A lot of manual work.
Some tools have been helpful and other times I can't get any support. I have been trying to set up a new EDI feed for our medical insurance since June and was told last month that a project was never on the books.
I like the community page as it is an easy platform to use to share information. Surveys are easy to use.

Our implementation was a nightmare. We switched to Paylocity because they promised they could support our change to go to a 1 time punch system for time cards and that was not successful. They were helpful during the implementation stage, then service from there continually got worse. I have reached out numerous times to get help with the recruiting module and getting a new EDI set up and the follow up and support is dismal.
