Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as a digital file system for personnel and payroll records. We also use the program for learning programs and assigning tasks (items to review) which require a digital signature. In addition, Paylocity is used as a candidate tracking system and our ads for open positions feed onto our agency website.

We often hear responses from staff that they are too busy to receive and review the impressions pages. We like to use this aspect, but oftentimes they are not reviewed by the intended recipient
Paylocity was a good value for our agency and we wish the recruiting and applicant tracking was more robust, but given the value of the product, we have chosen to work around that area.

Well suited for HR operations and file management. Not well suited for applicant tracking and recruiting if you have multiple openings.
