Yes

Reporting could use improvement as you are unable to preview reports before running them. The descriptions do not make it apparent what is actually in the report or the report format.
The Spending Account administration has had issues with HSA management as has COBRA managewment.
Onboarding module can be set up with whatever elements you need and the ease of it helps onboarding new hires.
HRIS has a lot of information that can be maintained and that is helpful in the running of the business
