Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use the product as my HRIS system, for Onboarding, Recruiting and of course Payroll. Also use it for Benefits, Spending Accounts and COBRA

  • Response time has slowed down since the Great Resignation
  • Get multiple internal solicitations though I have a dedicated external Account Manager
  • Time and Labor do not easily sync across company codes within a company set
  • More consistent processes
  • Reduced cost by using expense reporting feature
  • Ease of accessing reports
  • Ability to customize reports
The tools have simplified the process for me compared to competitors. I have real-time results.
I have not started to use these tools but am aware that i have them
Paylocity is much easier to use, is more cost effective and has much better customer support.

If i hit snags, my account exec can quickly help me get resolution. I like that if my first point of contact with Paylocity isn't available, there is a whole team that can then respond.
