Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Paylocity for Community messaging, Payroll, HR and Onboarding, and Recruiting. I use web links for our 401k and Employee Benefits. I would like to have the ability to run thorough employee compensation reports to prove employees for annual reviews. I use Paylocity almost every day, and I have set up our self-service portal with most of our company documents, forms, websites, and benefits information.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Responsive to updated technology requests.
Customer service is most helpful when I call in.
Annual conference and training.

Cons

If I email service, I may not receive a timely response, or I receive different answers from 2 people.
Web Link service is slow to implement due to staff being busy.
Sales emails and calls are too frequent.

Paylocity is easy to use and is a fantastic central portal for all employees in our company. We are a local company, so statewide services do not apply to us.
