Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits

  • some customer service
  • product ease of use

Cons

  • response from account managers
  • assistance from account managers
  • asking more questions before responding to an inquiry for assistance
  • Saves time on benefits enrollment
They are helpful, but our issue is getting the managers to use them more.

We had account managers who were wonderful - quick to respond and would take the time to walk you through issues instead of just emailing a generic solutions. That effort was greatly appreciated.
