Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use all aspects of Paylocity from Payroll/HR, Time & Labor, LMS, ATS and Expense. We became more efficient with onboarding using the ATS and onboarding system as well as eliminated paper. Our goal was to find a one stop shop solution.

The main area that Paylocity has reduced our time spent is on the onboarding and recruiting. Being able to send new hires all of their new hire paperwork through email reduces the time to track down paperwork and file. The recruiting messaging also helps to track recruiting communication between multiple recruiters.
We have utilized community for company announcements. Our employees aren't all on company provided computers, so it allows for further reach of communication. We currently don't use the other engagement tools because only 1/3 of our business has computer access.
We selected Paylocity because it was very intuitive to use and at a good price for all the modules we received. The implementation process seemed very straightforward and I really liked my sales rep.
