Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Payroll. I wish we could contact our account rep directly instead of email a group email.
- Response can be quick
- no long wait on calls
- Allow each account to have their own email so we can build a relationship with them
- comp and review tab could have better training
- train reps to have one on one training with us instead of signing up for a training with a random person in a group
- system is always down
- better reporting
its been a challenge since we are fairly new
havent had time to use it because I dont have time to set up a 2 hour group training
