Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for almost all platforms at this time. Benefits, Payroll, Performance, Surveys, Community, Training, etc. We have 28 locations and this makes it easy to communicate, manage, access from one central location.

Our Payroll used to take 3 full days of work and now it takes 6-8 hours at best HUGE ROI.
Community has also improved our employee outreach tremendously, allowing us to engage those we are not always face to face with. Survey's have also been a great tool in quickly and directly reaching employees for feedback. Impressions was something much needed in our organization and it has been used frequently and effectively.
We have not yet made the move to Paylocity's recruitment platform but plan to meet with our sales rep to discuss.

Overall they are one of the best I have ever worked with. They have a platform for everything and their knowledge base is a great resource. It is intuitive and easy to use. However as they have expanded the customer service we were used to has declined.
