Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity in my day-to-day functions for Timekeeping and Payroll. We are working towards being paperless for payroll records and Paylocity is absolutely helping us more towards that goal. The payroll process is streamlined and efficient. They have a wide variety of reports available and if you can't find what you need, their team can build it for you.

The payroll process is efficient, especially when it comes to requesting/approving/tracking time off. The overall process is streamlined, easy to understand/learn.
We have recently started utilizing the Community and Peer Recognition functions and they seem to be catching on with our employees.
Paylocity was more user friendly than the others. We had heard great things about their customer service, but that has not always been the case for us. It is much easier to reach someone by phone rather than emailing your dedicated specialist. Cost was also a factor.

System has reduced costs by simplifying the payroll process; tracking/requesting time off is simplistic. Availability of running/downloading reports in various formats is efficient. Paylocity is user friendly and has a variety of training available for the user's convenience.
