Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our main HRIS combining all HR services in one location. Enjoy the self service portal.Easy for our staff to learn and use. Also like the mobile app

Although it took awhile to setup properly Onboarding has become a one step process
We just introduced community to our staff with very little training. It’s easy to us and staff seem to be enjoying the platform of informal communication.

I like the Paylocity product. Lots of good features. Good implementation team. Also like the PEAK articles. System is a bit cumbersome for minor changes.
