Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity as our HR and Payroll platform. We also have it integrated with a number of our systems. The system is relatively user friendly and easy to interface.

Pros

  • Document Storage
  • Integration
  • Payroll

Cons

  • the internal job job posting and applicant process is non existent. It makes posting a position for internal applications pointless
  • They need a DocuSign feature for current employees. If you need to send a one off document for signature this does not exist currently
  • There are a number of reports, but sometimes its not very intuitive
it's made us more efficient in many areas
The surveys have been great to get and track feedback. We don't use many of the other features currently.

It's great for hiring and onboarding. I love that all my manual filings that I used to have to do are now done for me. However it becomes clunky for current employees. My accounting department loves it for Payroll. They have said Payroll is easier than ever.
