Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our company's HRIS. One of our biggest reasons for choosing them was their great mobile app and the LMS capabilities!

Pros

  • Great mobile app
  • LMS modules/tests
  • The Community board

Cons

  • Even more functionality within the app
  • A little more advancement with their LMS for revising and editing trainings
  • Better driven-decision making with clear metrics
  • Reduced errors with their new hire templates
  • Better timecard visibility for leaders
This goes pretty smoothly. I do wish their was a better timecard approval process .
The surveys and peer to peer review capabilities have been extremely helpful.
Other programs like ADP or PeopleSoft have been far to cumbersome or confusing. Paylocity isn't perfect but it is leaps ahead of where we have been in the past!

Paylocity works great for our company size. It was a big improvement since we didn't have a mobile app before or an LMS integrated. We are also excited to continue to add modules like our benefits implementation.
