Paylocity Features
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it as our HRIS and ATS. Our main issue is with the implementation and service. There was also a major issue with using it for benefits as one of the benefits consultants had incorrectly entered all information which held up the process.
Pros
- Many features
- Frequent product updates
- Reporting module works well
Cons
- The bugs that come up frequently
- Account managers that are not always very informed on their own product
- ATS could have more broad features
- More time wasted trying to resolve issues caused by consultants
- Efficient onboarding
- Efficient reporting
The automation has been helpful in these aspects except for payroll. There have been expense issues that are still being worked on
We utilized it for a short time, but have moved to Teams as it is more accessible to users without having to log into an additional website to view updates
