Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity was a much needed value add. We had documents that we used from all sorts of different softwares and we tried to share them in a drive. It was a mess and much of the time the information didn't add up because of simple user errors or someone forgot to update one of the many spreadsheets. This software made our job so easy. It automated everything to that we could have more time to do the things that were important.

It has made things so much more professional and streamlined for our business. We look like a large business when someone first sees us during the onboarding process.
I like the surveys section. We use it a lot. We gauge employee morale, keep track of different needs of the employees, look for improvements, etc.
It was about the same but more expensive.

It is well suited for giving you an easy payroll experience. It is also fantastic for on-boarding and recruiting. I don't enjoy the vacation tracking. I think that needs improvement and the systems need to talk to each other better, such as when you hire a candidate, their information needs to migrate over to on-boarding. Also, compensation needs to migrate to HR and Payroll better.
