Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Our organization primarily uses Paylocity for several key functions - time and attendance tracking, processing payroll, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, and assigning training modules. We also rely upon the Paylocity system to complete data analytics on our employee demographics. We appreciate the ease-of-process layout of the system as we easily navigate between different functionalities.

We are able to spend more time on talent review, training and retention. It would be more helpful to have a better integrated solution for applicant tracking (ie. built into Paylocity to avoid need/reliance on external third party ATS vendor). Generally good to have automation available for data gathering and analytics use.
These employee engagement tools have not been fully integrated into our business practices. We are looking to incorporate these available tools into mainstream use by all employees to have a stronger understanding of employee workplace satisfaction and engagement.
Primarily it has been the ease of use and pricing model provided by Paylocity which have led to our decision and commitment to select and remain with Paylocity through the years. Active employee data is readily available through standardized and custom reporting.

We process regular payroll on a biweekly basis and commission payments on a monthly basis. Paylocity has an easy payroll processing setup. Making changes to paychecks is easily accomplished during the payroll preparations.

The process to create positions and seats for the various companies associated with the organization can be improved upon to ensure ease of use and data integrity.
