Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We've use Paylocity for a number of different problems. From Payroll, to HR, to recruting as well as managing our Onboarding and Benefits. I've liked using paylocity for this items and for the most part its fairly easy to use each of these products. We also use the Mobile App very heavily throughout the company.

We use Payroll, time tracking and HR as well as talent acquistions. We enjoy using these tools and have found it more simple to use then our previous payroll company. The automation is about the same with Payroll but time tracking is easier to see then the other company as talent acquistion is a breeze!
We've tried to use Community but its not been very succesful. We haven't used impressions because we feel the same thing would happen as Community where we put alot of time into it but nothing happens. We have not use Surveys but I will be using the video piece shortly to add a video to our Onboarding!
- Paycor and Paychex Flex
Paylocity and Paycor were neck and neck but our CEO decided on Paylocity. Paylocity has very similar systems as Paycor so I'm not really sure why this system was choosen over the other. Its a fine system but I would imagine Paycor is too. Paychex is Old, outdated and the platform itself is just not easy to work with.
