Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our primary HR management system including recruiting, onboarding, time management, payroll, employee engagement, etc.

Paylocity Recruiting was key to streamlining applicant information as it flows for the ATS to HR & Payroll.
The ability to enter information for temporary staff on the Time & Labor section was key to managing our contract staff.
The supervisor dashboard provides great oversight time exceptions for employees without the manager going into each employee to view their timecard.
Paylocity Community is instrumental in communicating with employees through announcements with push notifications which enables employees to receive new information in real time.
You can create your own surveys or use pre-built surveys in the system to collect data on the pulse of your employees. the surveys can be sent to specific groups, departments, etc which is pretty cool.

Yes

If you developed a new policy and needed to have all employees acknowledge the policy, Paylocity allows you to upload the policy as a fillable form and create a workflow to launch for all employees.
Paylocity does not allow you to have full access to the E-verify portion of the onboarding so will have to depend on support to complete e-verify when a receipt is provided initially.
