Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently use Paylocity for time keeping and payroll processing. So far, I have not experience any issues with Paylocity and enjoy working with the platform. Customer service is excellent.

Pros

  • Payroll processing is easy.
  • Updating employee employment/personal information is easy.
  • They offer great customer service.

Cons

  • Timecard
  • Out of state payroll registration help
  • Paylocity has helped reduced time expenditures
  • Paylocity has helped reduced errors when processing payroll
Paylocity's automation tools has allowed my team and I to quickly process things in the platform with great confidence.
I think it is an easy platform to use and navigate. Great customer service.

I think Paylocity is definitely well suited with the help from your direct Account Manager or other Account Managers. 100% of the time when I have called due to not knowing how to figure something out, an Account Manager was always able to help get my issue resolved.
