Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, timekeeping, benefits, recruiting and onboarding. I am immersed in the software daily and provide help to my staff in times of need when they are not understanding how to find something or how to correct a problem. I appreciate that employees have a lot of access to make changes as they need due to moving, number changes, updating withholding, etc.

- When making a change in HR and Payroll and having to make the same changes in Time and Labor-wish the changes carried over
- Slow speed
- Requesting time off in HR in Payroll is confusing
- Reduced Errors

It has allowed myself and my VP of HR to stay up to date, the onboarding and recruiting areas are very professional and have allowed us to quickly navigate the platform as needed and move on to other more pressing matters. Having the ability to upload documents in recruiting and Journals under Performance is a positive
The survey experience has had great positive feedback from Managers and associates in general. The community page is has been well received to keep everyone up to date. The App has also had positive feedback from staff
Customer Service at Paylocity is excellent in comparison to our old service. The user friendly platform is what ultimately sold us on this change, pricing was also considered.
