Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We used Paylocity as an HRIS, ATS, LMS, and for payroll.
- I don't think it does anything particularly well.
- In my opinion architecture and interface are poorly designed and confusing, particularly in HR and payroll.
- I feel the LMS is underpowered and simplistic.
- My experience with customer support is lackluster. Some reps and help articles are helpful, while others are not.
- There's no proxy function. As an admin, I should be able to proxy as another user. This is a basic function that is missing.
- Well, it's better than not having an HRIS, but I can't provide an accurate ROI.
I feel automation could be better. Something as simple as Onboarding and LMS admin still involves too many manual steps.
The surveys are helpful, though, as with other modules, I feel the interface is underpowered and too complicated.
- Workday Human Capital Management and Namely
Both Workday and Namely are better. I was not involved in the selection of Paylocity for my business.
