Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Sunset Hills Automotive, has three locations. Each location is managed separately. I do each location's payroll separately. Payroll is always easy. If I have a problem, Paylocity is just a phone call away. You do not have to wait long on hold. The customer service representatives are always polite and eager to solve any problem I may have.
- All of the customer service representatives are very knowledgeable.
- If you need a special report, they have always produced it quickly.
- The customer service representatives are very pleasent. You feel like you are talking with someone you know.
- A hand written check put into the employee's payroll record sometimes is confusing.
- I don't use all the functions completely.
- Some information input windows are not user friendly.
- Reliable, I have never experienced down time because of Paylocity's website is down.
- I can produce reports for the owner's that help them to determine the state of the workforce.
- I very rarely have error problems with Paylocity's Payroll program.
I am not using that part of the program to it's fullest. I can not give an honest appraisal.
I am not using the employee engagement tools.
