Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Currently we use Paylocity for Payroll, performance evaluation, reimbursement of expenses, and timecard tracking.

Paylocity allows me to focus more on the administrative needs of my organization and less on the HR/Payroll functions.

Pros

  • The ease of Geo-mapped timecard entries is a plus.
  • The ease of processing Payroll
  • The ability to track job performance in real time.

Cons

  • The onboarding process should be better mapped out so that users can plan
  • Although we are in the midst of onboarding all modules. The ease of processing Payroll is a great investment.
  • The ease of timecard punching is a great bonus
  • I am looking forward to implementing the Performance module.
They have saved me on average about 1 day of Payroll processing.
My employees love the ease of use and the accessibility of the cloud based app on their phone.
Paylocity is 150% better than my experience with Inova.

Although we are a small non-profit, we have a lot of staff for the industry we operate. The overall ability to see all staff with ease and process Payroll in a very logical manner is welcome and one that I apprecitate.
