Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our HRIS and payroll. For the HRIS, we use the HR, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding, and other modules. Paylocity is great for running reports and maintaining updated records.
- Onboarding new employees
- Handling state tax payments
- ease of updating records
- Some modules don't "talk" to each other - particularly the HR & Payroll and Time & Labor time off calendars.
- It would be great if I could use workflows for change forms. Needs more flexibility.
- It would be great if International payroll could be incorporated.
- better processes
The recruiting module could be better. Individual resumes are not searchable for key words. I have to download first.
None. No one uses it because you have to log in.
I was not the decision maker and have no idea what else was evaluated.
