Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I manage over 80 companies in our company set and process payroll for 40 of those companies. Previously, our company used a payroll processor that was simply just for payroll. With Paylocity, we are able to streamline all HR needs. We love that recruiting, onboarding, payroll and performance are all accessible with one login.
- Customer Service
- Problem Solving
- Easy to Read Reports
- Intuitive Software
- GL Mapping
- Notifying Users Prior to Updates Occurring
- Employees working at multiple locations affecting ACA numbers
- Reduction in payroll errors
- Consistency when it comes to onboarding new employees
- Easier to find needed data with reporting
Paylocity's automation tools definitely cut down on time spent reviewing and processing payroll. Paylocity takes calculating and submitting taxes out of the hands of the on-site processor. This leaves more time for other HR needs such as updating job postings and managing outstanding onboarding packets. Paylocity allows supervisors to easily approve timecards so they are able to focus more on performance reviews and job retention/employee happiness.
The community tab allows us to see work anniversaries. We do not utilize the other tools as they are not needed for our organization at this time. However, once we are a few more years into using Paylocity, I could see them becoming more used in the organization as we grow.
- PayCore Payment Gateway & Virtual POS, Entrata and Bullhorn for Salesforce
Paylocity works best for our organization because of the way to lumps all HR tools into one software. It makes daily work so much easier for our on-site employees. Having one login for all HR needs is a huge plus. Paylocity's knowledge base helps employees utilize and learn all tools needed to be proficient in using the software. Other software did not have such ease of use for our employees.
