Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our payroll needs which includes time accounting, leave accounting, holiday pay, overtime accounting and management, 1099-contractors, 401K accounting and funding, bank and audit reporting, human resource guidance, wage garnishments and payments, etc. Standard reports are outstanding and ample. Even reports needed for PPP and ERC government grant and funding are standard and available. The software is routinely updated, upgraded, and broadened. They never sleep on the user interface or functionality. Very impressive. Year end health insurance uploads, W2s, 1099s, etc. are routinely handled with tech support assistance, as necessary. We never feel alone or abandoned.

Review and approval of payroll is much easier for our payroll manager to post time and attendance, reimbursement, etc. then route to senior management to review, edit, and eventually submittal.
Recognizing employee birthdays and time in service go a long way to thanking staff and letting them know we think about them often.
