Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll and onboarding of new hires while managing our PTO and other aspects of our business. We are looking to expand our use into performance management and other areas.

Pros

  • Ease of Use.
  • Management and levels of authority is beneficial.
  • Expanded capabilities, including HR.

Cons

  • Output/Reporting at the individual Employee Level could be expanded.
  • Greater overall reporting.
  • Reduced errors in paper and manual processing.
  • Delivered quality interface to staff.
Paylocity has absolutely improved the efficiencies of our business and all functions supported through Paylocity.
Paylocity delivers tools to our small business that provide a look and feel of large business deliverables.
Paylocity delivers more features and capabilities than Bamboo.
