Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our main hub from start to finish. We once were all paper-driven and now we are electronic; thanks to Paylocity. We have a complex union contract, Paylocity Time & Attendance has made it simpler to configure the multitude of rules on how to pay a union employee.

  • Easy to create reporting & analytics

Cons

  • Benefits module reporting needs improvement
  • Dedicated Time & Attendance for mobile application development
  • Compensation Data Insights feature
  • Employment section can be sensitive with tenure information
  • Reduce data entry errors.
  • Better processes for payroll
  • Ease of payroll use, user friendly.
  • More features for HR, Accounting, and Payroll professionals
We have had a positive experience with Paylocity and the tools in making our jobs easier.
We are just getting started with Community and using the Impression-feature.
Before we implemented Paylocity, myself and the former CFO had former experience with Paylocity which made it the front runner to make as our current provider.

Paylocity is great for company's small-medium, in a variety of industries. I don't know of a less appropriate scenario.
