Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for everything, time & labor, payroll, benefits administration, COBRA, FSA, recruiting, onboarding and performance management.

- When there is an HR transition in the client’s business, lack of support from the Paylocity team, causing a lot of unproductive time.
I don't know how payroll is automated besides importing time & labor. Would be nice if we could 'set it & forget it'.
The scheduling is great, but would be nice if we could break down departments schedules by day, remove employees who are on LOA, and if the availability option was to set availability instead of when someone is NOT available. This is backwards.

I have not used any of the mentioned, besides occasionally seeing someone's anniversary. As the company administrator, I hardly log into my personal Paylocity. I am in the process of a quick high level training due to transition in our HR team, and am really hoping I can learn how I can use Paylocity to boost engagement, morale and shoutouts.
Paylocity has nothing on ADP at all, especially when it comes to customer service for the client administrator.
Paylocity is 100x better than Kronos.
Paylocity was already implemented at my place of employment when I started. Also, ADP is significantly higher in price than Paylocity, and so ADP is out of our budget, so we are figuring out how to make Paylocity work better for us.
