Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HR and payroll; time clocks and time and labor

Pros

  • payroll processing
  • Community -- easy to post info for employees
  • benefits enrollment

Cons

  • service is often terrible; too much turn over of reps with no notification
  • mistakes made with set ups that we discover and no details as to how soon it will be fixed
  • weekly payroll is a challenge in itself, but with Paylocity it's fairly smooth
It has helped with the recruitment process as that it evaluated % of skills met to ad, but I find it's not always that accurate.
The Community postings and Work anniversarys and birthdays is great!
Our company had switched to Paylocity before my tenure started.
