Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We started with Paylocity in January 2013. At that time, only time and attendance and Payroll was available. Over the years, we have sought to incorporate additional modules to assist with performance management, recruiting and onboarding. Our most recent addition was the benefits module.
- Follow up
- Closing out the timesheet so that employees can't go back in after a supervisor's approval. This is before beginning Payroll lockout.
- The modules should all communicate. It is frustrating when you update an employee in one area and it doesn't filter through to other areas.
- Hidden nooks and crannies when onboarding an employee so that they can see job codes.
- Paylocity has glitches at times that add to my work.
- When system is working, employees find time recording easy.
- Benefit enrollment has been helpful
- ATS has been helpful to review previous candidates.
The recruiting module has been beneficial with a roster of candidates that can be contacted when positions become available.
I used the survey function for the first time this year. It was beneficial when planning our holiday party.
The final price with ADP was much higher than Paylocity. The functionality was similiar.
