Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for Payroll, benefits selection, onboarding and communication. At the moment the issue we have is not having access to the Expense module which is included in the package. It would be great if we could use it. We still do not have an answer as to why it does not work properly. Overall, the Paylocity system is easy to use. Sometimes I do need assistance and the customer service representatives may or may not be knowledgeable enough to answer my questions.
