Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Time cards, evaluations and trainings
  • Being Able to be specific with Overtime i.e. Holiday overtime & training overtime
  • Clocking in & out with ease
  • Good customizable training modules
  • Add punches isn't intuitive
  • Needs improvement: evaluation tool. Should be easier to set up new goals without silly percentages
Really like the automation features.
Posivite, the Cheers for Peers program we were able to add to the portal has been great.
Pretty well, HOWEVER, Paycom has committed that if we switch over to their product, they commit to a $12,000 Event Sponsorship over the next three years. I have NOT found where I can even ask for this in Paylocity.
