Tracking employee hours, payroll processing, expense reimbursement, and employee training. The hours tracking and reporting have helped us track and reduce overtime by being able to hold employees accountable for their punches and managers. Expense reimbursement is greatly simplified and goes right on the employees check cutting down on the number of manual checks that we were writing each month.

Errors are greatly reduced. We had tried in the past to get payroll closed by 10am on Tuesday - we now close by 10am on Monday. Greater transparency with employees and managers has also helped. Seamless transfer of information for 403b plan partner has been great as well - saves a great deal of time and no errors.
We don't use these tools as much as we should. We are exploring using the survey tool more often to get a quick temp of people on key topics and metrics. Some people use the community recogniation tool, but it is not consistent with many of our clinics using their own recognition progams.
