Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all HRIS, payroll, recruiting and etc.

Pros

  • I like how the features on scheduling interviews
  • I like how we can modify our onboarding packets
  • I also like how we can make fillable forms in Paylocity

Cons

  • There are a few updates I think could be beneficial such as when scheduling interview for managers. If I were to reschedule an interview it doesn’t update on their calendar.
  • Sometimes with payroll, it tries paying our employees pto when they use it.
  • How to fix things in Paylocity especially payroll system
  • How to search up candidate
  • Onboarding workflow
For the better all these features have enhanced both our payroll, recruiting and onboarding process
All the time, we use community a lot and more recently surveys as well.

Paylocity is good for payroll, recruiting and onboarding. I especially like the payroll system. It makes the process very smooth especially to someone learning the system.
