Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and HRIS, performance management, compensation and onboarding. We use it to help streamline our processes for our employees.

We have been able to save a lot of time and have a one stop shop for employees.
Surveys - we have been able to use surveys for employee engagement and been able to streamline or process for it.
I love the user interface of Paylocity versus others I have used.

Paylocity has been great for us in a lot of ways with their modules and being able to have a one stop shop. Tax registration and implementation could be better especially with small teams.
