Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HeiTech Services uses Paylocity for HRIS, Payroll, Performance Review, and, most recently, clocking in and out. We've also been able to integrate with our benefits portal, so now we are a one-stop shop—which keeps our employees happy!

Pros

  • Ease of use for employees.
  • Smooth Payroll system.
  • Integration

Cons

  • More detailed how to videos.
  • Garnishment- have taken a process off my plate.
  • The ease of Payroll has made it so my entire team can process.
Digital communications have been a lifesaver.
The self-service portal has been amazing. The integration options have saved my employees from remembering multiple logins, which has saved my team from having to reset passwords.
