Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We have a mobile workforce. We use geo fencing around all of our job sites and it works great.

Pros

  • The app is very, user friendly.
  • Employees can view their time accrual daily.
  • Employees are able to request punch corrections on the app.

Cons

  • Some employees find the pay summary a bit confusing. Would rather see a pay stub.
  • W-2 retrival was a bit confusing.
  • I don't care for the new Run Payroll screens.
  • Better job costing
Payroll administration greatly improved.
Not a lot.
Paylocity offered a a great payroll program similar to ADP but at a better price.

The geo fencing was exactly what we needed. We stopped writing up paper timesheets. Reporting is great.
