Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for time and labor, performance management, surveys, time off tracking, data insights, and tax services. Utilizing the Paylocity system has allowed the organization to streamline many processes. However, we are still working through a few kinks as we continue to better understand the system and explore how we can automate more tasks to reduce the administrative burden on staff.

- More reports that can up upload to streamline updating employee profiles. The universal report is not as useful as we hoped.
- Using Paylocity has stream line a lot of our HR related work.
In a very positive way that it holds our HR team accountable and the employees.
We have just started trying to implement these features.

The support Paylocity provides to its clients is 10,000 times better than any payroll system I have ever worked with. They ensure that we get what we pay for, and if we haven't utilized a product, our account managers are more than willing to set up additional time to walk us through it.
