Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity in our organization for onboarding, payroll, reporting, and the community feature. We also use it for performance management and to maintain records of performance issues. We have also looked into the Learning Management feature and are considering it for future use.

  • Reporting functionality, information does not pull through accurately.
  • System glitches that freeze actions up on the backend.
  • The performance review module has room for improvement and also freezes up.
  • Reduced time expenditures.
  • Consistent processes.
  • Better data-driven decision-making.
Improved efficiency, lower costs, fewer errors, faster processing, and greater data security are the benefits of payroll automation software. Other benefits include employee time tracking, filing payroll taxes, and storing employee documentation digitally.
It has enhanced motivation, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. When our employees are engaged, we see a more positive work environment and improved organizational success.

Paylocity's onboarding feature is excellent allowing fillable documents and the ability to process I-9's through e-verify. The HR and Payroll functions work well for our organization and allow us to streamline our performance review process making it an easier experience for both employees and managers.
