Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HRIS system to track documents for employees, vacations, anniversaries, data, etc. Run reports and audits.

Pros

  • Pay Changes.
  • Look up information easy.
  • Store Documents.

Cons

  • Request vacation out longer than 12 months - Need 18 months.
  • Reporting has been incorrect and does not include all job titles.
  • Rehires are not set up correctly.
  • On Boarding has improved.
  • I do not have any hard numbers.
  • I do like the ease of use.
Training and skills and assessment tracking have been helpful, as well as workflows to sign documents.
Employees can use the site for time off and forms. Make changes are helpful in self service portal.

Running a Demographics report is quick and easy. Looking up information on the hire date and term date for VOE is easy. Accurate reporting has been a challenge. Vacation accrual has been a challenge. Allowing negative sick time is a Challenge.
