Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently utilize the entire Paylocity platform. Time and Labor, timekeeping, and time off are our biggest utilizations. I think this tool could use some enhancements, such as identifying when an employee is tardy by highlighting their timecard in red. The hazard sign is the same color as the timesheet and is often overlooked.

Overall, the experience has been good. I think implementing an LMS system and Onboarding process has significantly saved time for new employees so they can begin their hands-on training on the floor. Again, seeking answers either in PEAK or through the main line can be very difficult at times.
We love community. It has made an impact on how we communicate what is going on in the company, etc.
I implemented Paylocity due to its advanced technologies.

It is well suited for an HR Manager role with experience; however, it is not useful for a junior HR employee, as Paylocity's account manager is never available. I have been with my company for two-plus years and have never spoken to mine. Community is an awesome tool to keep the employees informed. I use this feature to complete surveys or raffles.
