Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, benefits and are trying to utilize it further. The difficulty is reaching a service rep at Paylocity to fully explain our contract and what it includes and assisting us in setting our platform completely up. The platform was never properly set up. We also have spent 2 years removing the same contacts of employees that were admins on the account whom no longer work here.

Paylocity hasn't fully been setup so I cannot really answer this as we have a ton of tools not being utilized currently.
Payroll is great.
Paylocity is easier to view in the portal compared to Quickbooks or paychex

Paylocity has the potential of being a useful platform but there are a lot of setbacks and a ton of fees. Charging an implementation fee for every single item in addition to the implementation fees charged at contract signing seems redundant. There also needs to be more follow up on the LMS packages purchased that need implemented.
