Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I have used Paylocity for over 6 years between two different companies. The Paylocity platform is user friendly for employees to easily complete their onboarding, find what they need, participate in learning, finish tasks and submit requests. Time keeping, LMS, and HRIS system is constantly evolving to better the employee user experience.
Pros
- Timekeeping
- Payroll
- HRIS
Cons
- Accruals of Leave
- Dedicated Account Manager you can when you call
- Benefits Platform needs major improvement
- Streamlined Onboarding tremendously
- Easy dashboard to monitor 40 different states taxes
- Ease to pull reports and customize to pull specific data
Unfortunately in some areas, Paylocity has created more work for our team. We had to create a spreadsheet to ensure that the accrual rules are functioning correctly. Paylocity is still having accrual issues, and we have been with Paylocity for 4 years now. Onboarding is great to use, even when hiring hundreds of employees quickly. Great product for mass hiring.
Our employees love the Community and getting real time notifications when we add information to share with the different teams. Exit interviews, peer recognition and the birthday/anniversary announcements are wonderful! Our employees feel connected to us and can even message us through the platform.
- Certipay Online, Paychex Flex, ADP Workforce Now, UKG Workforce Central (discontinued) and SAP Concur
With all of the other Payroll systems out there, Paylocity does well to stay ahead of the consumer trends and professional needs of HR. Constantly updating and improving the system, to make it an appealing platform for our employees.
