Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We make use of Paylocity for their payroll service; however, we are interested in making use of other services that they have to offer. In addition to a few other things, their time-off system and learning management system (LMS) seem to be of great help to our small firm and to eliminate a significant number of the redundant tasks that I do in my role as HR manager.

Thanks to Paylocity, the amount of time it takes me to bring on board new staff has been cut down significantly. Additionally, it has made it possible for workers to see their pay stubs online, which was something that I had to do on a weekly basis in the past.
At this moment, our organization does not make use of the particular services that Paylocity provides. Nevertheless, as our business expands, we are giving serious consideration to include this in our HR toolkit.

Paylocity is a really helpful tool for our company, which is on the smaller side. On the other hand, the fact that I am the only person at our organization who has access to the backpage and thus the employees are completely dependent on me to reset passwords, which is absurd. There is no reason why an employee should not be able to manage something like this on their own. Additionally, they have this metric tool that provides an evaluation of how workers use the community page. Our is terrible since we have a number of workers that refuse to utilize any kind of technology that is more advanced than a basic flip phone. Even email won't fly. It need to be something that is completely voluntary for a company to opt in or out of.
