Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for a multitude of things. We use it for staff communication, Survey launching and analysis, benefit EDI feeds, payroll, and reviews. The biggest solution that Paylocity offers for my company is Payroll. I use it for tracking leave and launching surveys out.

Pros

  • Communicates to employees
  • Provides easy access to paystubs
  • Makes open enrollment time easier

Cons

  • Time off tracking - specifically for leave
  • Reports are still not as user friendly as they could be
  • The video hub could use some more flexibility
  • Better data-driven decision making
  • Reduced time expenditures
  • Better workforce visibility
With Paylocity we have been able to focus on improving our career fair presentation, our employee satisfaction score, and we have implemented a more efficient employee appreciation program.
