Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use it for payroll, recruiting / onboarding and benefits. I am the HR manager. I like the platform and would love to have the training offerings extended (the non-pay) options. Sometimes I need help with reporting especially during EEO reporting and for AA reports but I have difficulty sometimes with assistance on these reports. On the benefits side, my rep was extremely helpful with assisting with reports.

Pros

  • The recruiting platform-
  • being able to run statistical information
  • on boarding is nice- all electronic
  • having personnel files and doc's in one place

Cons

  • reporting is challenging at times
  • having a dedicated rep to help- I never have or had one when I call I get a random person
  • reduced HR labor time
  • reduced costs - better job posting visability
  • reduced amount of eerrors
