Paylocity Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for full HRIS and ATS, along with Payroll Processing. I have added the Safety LMS which has taken the guess work out of compliance training. I appreciate an all-in-one solution rather than having multiple software to achieve the organizational goals
Pros
- All of the available modules and capabilities
- Employee dashboard
Cons
- Functionality- ease of access
- ATS functionality- still have to use third party Backgrounds and import data
- would like to see an integration to add electronic checklists for onboarding, exit interviews that are more user friendly and not so segmented
- Better integrations with calendars and scheduling
- More consistent processes
- Single Solution
They have made things easier and less time consuming
None. We utilize Teams for Employee Appreciation and since most of our team utilizes the mobile app and are field employees, we have not used since there is not much traffic in Paylocity
