Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all HR functions including payroll, benefits, HR, training, data insights, recruiting, evaluations, forms, onboarding, e-verify, reporting. It is a full service platform that suits our needs well. It is nice to have all functions inside one platform. Great customer service with knowledgeable reps who handle most questions immediately.

  • Job title on main screen when searching employee
  • Not having to close the system after open enrollment until the new year for benefits
  • Some work from home staff seem distracted with family needs
  • Reduce errors

Time tracking and payroll automation work well for our company. Increases efficiencies in reporting as well.
These tools are not well utilized by our company. The Community portal works well and is seen by most staff. The algorithm to catch unwelcome words, however, could be stronger.
Paylocity would be my first choice for any HRIS.
